Sākas is a Japanese fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Ghent, inside the iconic Wintercircus. Led by Chef Yoshihito Mizuno and his team, Sākas brings together Japanese tradition, modern creativity and carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Every dish is prepared with precision, respect and a deep connection to the product. Guests can discover Sākas through two distinct experiences: an intimate multi-course dining menu and an omakase counter, where each course is prepared and presented directly by the chefs.
